"This is easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had three rooms and none of them had working AC, we booked king beds suites and all the rooms had twin beds pushed together. The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge. Breakfast was ample with plenty of choice - but surprised when we went at 9am there was a large queue obviously a popular time to avoid! That said once in plenty of room no big queues for food/coffee etc - so actually well managed! Thanks for a great stay."

"The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning.
When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off.
Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."
