Cari Hotel di Alberta

"For a short and quick trip is convenient, specially if most of the time you would be exploring Calgary or Banff. The price compared with other hotels is affordable. It is 10-15 min away from airport and 20-25 min from downtown."

"Superb stay"

"We thought it's too pricey considering the property looks very old. We booked for just 1 night and the rate was very expensive but it should have been okay as we thought it will be worth it. The property needs some renovation. Our room has kitchenette (since we have little kids), with 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with king size bed. The rugs look very old and dirty, the door in one bedroom is squicky, the window in the other room does not open. It was really hot at night as...

"It’s an average"

"It was my second stay at the hotel this year. I loved it so much in the spring I booked another stay at the end of September. Our latest trip I was shocked at how dirty the elevators and hallways were. This was supposed to be a luxurious hotel yet it was rather horrible in the main areas. The actual room looked ok, but judging how dirty the floors were down the hallways, that patterned carpet must disguise a lot of dirt. The adjoining restaurant Suddenly Susan, had rather horrendous staff. All in...

"Nice clean room."

"Plumbing for the shower was coming out the wall felt like the shower head was going to fall out, parking is a free for all and everyone parks anywhere. Rooms were clean, bathroom amenities needed more attention. Bathroom fan was missing the vent cover. Location is nice, the grounds look very nice, it meets basic needs."

"The spa was lovely but it can get busy. The room we stayed in had a view of a large electrical box and a large metal chimney flue. Not the view you look forward to when visiting the mountains especially for the cost of the room. There were a couple of other concerns and whether it was policy, or staff was unclear, but an attempt was made to help defer the sting of that. The customer service manager was very nice and listened to the concerns."

"This is the best place to stay at Banff"

"Welcoming hotel with decent fascilities, nice room and walking distance of Canmore town centre restaurants and shops. Plenty of on site parking, don't be worried by the trains.."

"Great staff, great price, no safe, needs bathtub maintenance the paint is going off."
