The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the outside views, the outside area, the inside bars. The area has a magnificent harbour area with bars, cafes and restaurants round it. The only downfall are the rooms which are very dated especially the bathroom but at least there's a bath, ...

Room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Great location. Close to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye and short walk to Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. 2 metros close…Waterloo and Westminster stations. Would stay here again
