Lack of communication from owner despite me messaging in advance-I received no check in details up to 2 hours before I was due to check in despite my making contact& therefore I was too worried to proceed with the stay for my family & booked another place. Looking at other recent reviews this seems to be a pattern with this host & he should be removed immediately from hotels.com websitehotels.com

In der Wohnung gab es ein Problem mir Ameisen. Die Matraze vom Doppelbett war sehr durchgelegen. Die Lage ist super. U-Bahn-Station, Supermärkte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

The only thing we liked about this flat is the convenient location, close to underground and many restaurants and grocery stores. It has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds which suited our family of four well. Rooms were somewhat clean with three folded bath towels on each bed +2 hand towels in bathroom, which was appreciated.

Don’t do it!

Check in easy, the only good thing about 336 Edgware Road. The apartment it self was dirty and run down everywhere you looked. Lights hanging out of their fittings,dirty shower plus no handles on the doors and an out side door in the bathroom with nothing covering its window leading to no where. We had a loaf of bread left on the side (open and eaten clean from Sainsbury’s) only to open it a few hours later to find it riddled with ANTS! On further inspection we found them all over the kitchen sides top of the washing machine and top of fridge. It did not help that the lid to the bin did not close! The entrance hall looks like it’s never been cleaned.. laundry stacks all over the stairs not sure if clean or dirty. From dirty walls and bedding accessories to leaking taps and NO hot water to wash up we would not recommend staying here. Absolute s**t hole!

L'appartement est très bruyant de bonne heure le matin et tard le soir, un triple vitrage à l'avant de l'appartement serait bien. Le parquet est très usé dans la cuisine, les poêles et casserole en Téflon sont très rayées, on a eu des fourmis au début un peu puis beaucoup en fin de séjour, on en a eu jusque dans le lit et en avons emmené dans nos valises, il est très compliqué de contacter le logeur, il ne répond pas au mail et est très compliqué à avoir au téléphone juste à partir de 15h avec de la chance, on avait payé la totalité de notre séjour à expédia mais l’hebergeur a voulu qu’on lui verse 485£ : 2 jours avant le départ merci pour le stress procuré et merci à expédia d'être intervenu même si le logeur n’était toujours pas joignable. Quelques points positif, la proximité du métro, de commerce pour l'alimentation, l'accès pour logement par codes est bien pratique pour les 2 portes mais dommage qu'il y ait un manque communications du logeur, ce code est envoyé par mail au jour et à l'heure d'arrivée

Yleisten alueiden lattiatiloissa lattia pinnat vesivahingosta johtuen rikki. Asunoon menevät rappuset jyrkät ja osin ilman kaidetta. Keittiössä eivät kaikki sähköpistokkeet toimi. Vedenkeitin erittäin likainen. Alueen jätehuolto retuperällä.

Horrible à FUIR !

Horrible. Ne correspond pas aux photos ! Logement sale et insalubre. Le sol est fendu par endroit ce qui est très dangereux, un des murs aussi d’ailleurs. Fenêtre qui ne s’ouvrent pas, fenêtre cassé, une chaleur là-dedans mais le pire c’est le chauffage a fond (en plein mois de juillet ! ) que l’on ne peut pas stopper et même pas un ventilateur ou un rafraîchisseur d’air pour nous soulager ! Nous avons étés obligés de laisser la porte d’entrée de l’appartement ouverte pour avoir un peu d’air, à sept dans ce clapier à lapin vous imaginez… La douche une catastrophe nous n’avons jamais vu ça, poignée de la porte cassée qui vous reste dans la main… soit vous vous douchez à l’eau glacée soit l’eau brûlante). Pas d’équipement (cafetière, torchons), Wi-Fi médiocre, du linge sale dans des sacs dans les escaliers et sur le palier, l’hygiène… comment dire, frigidaire sale, canapé sale, éponges sales, des bestioles dans l’appartement, la cuisine une horreur… Les prises et en particulier la multi-prises sont dangereuses. Grosse arnaque ! Je ne comprends pas que hôtel.com propose ce genre de logement sur son site, les avis récent parle d’eux même pourtant… c’est un logement dangereux nous avions une femme enceinte avec nous ! De plus le propriétaire du logement communique peu, obligé de l’appeler je ne sais combien de fois avant de l’avoir au téléphone, ne réponds pas au message via hôtel.com.

No es buena opción

Mi peor experiencia en alquiler de apartamentos. El propietario no responde a los mensajes. Recibí un aviso de cobro que no se correspondía con lo publicitado. Ignoró todos mis intentos de comunicación. Hoteles.com intentó aclarar la situación con el propietario sin éxito. Volé a Londres sin saber realmente si me alojaría en el apartamento o me tendrían que reubicar. Un minuto después de la hora de acceso al apartamento, recibí un mensaje del propietario con las claves para hacer un auto check-in. Muy estresante. El apartamento está muy deteriorado. Las manillas de las puertas sueltas, las lamas del suelo en malas condiciones. Baldosas rotas en el baño. Las paredes claman por una capa de pintura. El ajuar de cocina es escaso y en pobres condiciones. La televisión no ofrece canales. En fin, sólo se salvaban las camas, que te permiten descansar, y las sábanas y toallas limpias. El apartamento está a 15 minutos andando de Marble Arch, y tiene buena comunicación por metro y bus. La zona donde está el apartamento, sin ser insegura, parece la más dejada del barrio. En definitiva, un alojamiento nada recomendable, principalmente por la actitud del propietario. Hace que parte de tu viaje sea una experiencia desagradable.

100% do not recommend this property. The homeowner ignored emails and messages. The property had no ventilation,AC or fans and it's boiling hot all the time. It has an ant infestation on the beds. On top of that, broken floor tiles in the bathroom, extremely slow wifi, unwatchable TV, cracked windows, filthy kitchenware and the shower controls are confusing. There were 7 of us and we all gotten sick after the visit. The only redeeming quality is the good selection of transportation nearby.

The area was great for transportation to all areas of London. The apartment needs painting, shower was extremely slippery and small, no table to eat at, very loud and noisy at nite in master bedroom(had to wear ear plugs); beds were comfy; we had the 3 bedroom unit. Large bags in hallway to unit. Food in area was very good and diverse and reasonable for London. Would not stay there again.

Boa localização, ao lado da estação Edgware Road, com comércios e restaurantes no entorno do apartamento. Somente o acesso que eu tive que, ao chegar no imóvel, ligar para o proprietário. O email que recebi, na véspera, indicava o código incompleto, mas ele atendeu imediatamente e me disse o final. Ademais, apartamento confortável e com tudo necessário para a estadia.

We arrived to find Edgware Road station did not have a lift so had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. The apartment was comfortable but also had quite a few stairs and was quite noisy overnight.

Tiny apartment in a not so nice neighborhood

Its a small studio apartment. It can be good for longer stays, as there is a kitchen and laundry available. However, it can be less than ideal for long stays as you have to climb several flights of stairs to get there. The stairs are also partially obstructed, as it seems the staff uses them as storage. There were several bags of linens and a vaccuum in the way in various places, making it really difficult to navigate with large suitcases. This wouldnt be an issue for someone with not much luggage though. The neighborhood itself also didnt feel very safe. Its not a very nice neighborhood.

Le logement est proche du métro cependant il faut éviter de rentrer tard la nuit car le quartier n’est pas très sécurisant. Les photos ne correspondent pas totalement au logement proposé. La propreté était à revoir surtout au niveau du canapé et salle de bains. De plus, problème de chasse d’eau qui ne se remplissaient pas. La poignée de la salle de bains est cassé. Le logement appliquent des frais de linges, il nous manquaient des draps et serviettes pour une personne et nous n’avons pas de nouvelles de la personne pour en avoir. Nous sommes assez déçus de ce logement.

I felt really comfortable in my room, it was very neat and cozy. The location of the apartment is perfect to move around in London really quickly and also by foot. There are many stores and Cafés all around you. I was a bit late to start the Check-In process and didn’t reach anyone by phone, so just make sure to do that in time. But in the end, via e-Mail I received the informations I needed and the Check-In at the location was very easy. Would definitely recommend and come back any time again!
