Great location, everything else was terrible, and do not stay here with children. My many complaints to the accommodation were ignored.

Local bem localizado, perto da estação St Pancras e King Cross. Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, cama confortável. Mas janelas e o chão do quarto deixaram estavam sujos. O box do chuveiro tb estava sujo.

La chambre était trop petite pour 2 personnes. Sur le site, c'est marqué qu'il a une douche dans la chambre. Et bien non. La douche est commune, dans le couloir. Et des cliens pas toujours tres propre. Le ménage a pas était fait en 3 jours de séjours. Même vider les poubelles, c'est compliqué. Et les toilettes fermés a notre étage, il fallait descendre ou monter pour aller aux toilettes. Voilà, un hotel a pas prendre, même pour une nuit.

Me gustó la ubicación del lugar, fuera de allí, no hacen el aseo, no arreglan los cuartos, no tiran la basura, el baño no funcionaba correctamente, la regadera no tenía una temperatura agradable, parecía más un departamento que hotel.

It was a third floor room with no lifts. It smelled like someone had smoked when we entered. The bed was a small double bed and uncomfortable mattress. Both of us had back pain the next day and very disturbed sleep for only few hours. The “en-suite” was 4ftx2ft with no gap between the shower cubicle and toilet. My knees were pressed against the door when using the toilet and I am not even tall. There was no soap in the bathroom. There were no photos displayed of this bathroom on the Expedia website.

This was the most disappointing accommodation I ever booked on hotels.com. The toilet had no paper, the shower in my floor was out of service and the one upstairs was disgusting. I was supposed to travel with my daughter but I’m glad she couldn’t go. The room was very outdated small, the bed was not a full bed but a big single, but at least the sheets were very clean and there was coffee, tea and cream in the room. And the Indian and Brazilian guys that work next door were nice and tried to be helpful. Anyway, never again!

Luckily I just needed a place to sleep for the evening. This place was cheap but needs work. Thankfully the bedding was clean. The floors and furniture in the room were dusty, the shared shower had a broken holder for the shower so you had to hold it and the shower is in need of a deeeeep clean. The TV in the room didn't work either. I wasn't expecting much for the price but these places should at least be cleaned thoroughly that's a staple!

Ideal for a one night stay.

Ideal budget friendly room. I was only staying in it for one night, was very practical for what i needed it for. Moderately comfortable bed and cozy. Fan and tv in the room was a nice touch.

Great No Frills Stay

Five of us stayed for one night perfect for a group, really close to Kings Cross Station for a reasonable price.

Room had a piece of cardboard over a broken window. By broken I mean a whole glass panel was missing and a ripped piece of cardboard was taped over the hole. Unfortunately the cardboard was smaller than the window leaving wind and sound to disturb rest. Room was not clean, coffee stains in the cup and dirt around the floor skirting, sink and shelf’s.

i didnt realize that this was a hostel type room. It was quiet but very very basic, good thing i only needed to sleep after my long flight. This wasn't the type of 'hotel' room youd wanna spend awake time in.

The property wasnt welcoming to people nevermind pets, sellotape was holding parts of wallpaper up , old cobwebs on window frame, one piece of glass didnt fit the window pane, the sink didnt fit onto the bottom part, the window sills on the stairway were filthy as well as the windows, and the decor is absolutely disgraceful , shower and toilet filthy.
