"The bed was so uncomfortable I awoke with a v painful shoulder. Not staying here again. One bright spot was Richard the doorman, so helpful & cheerful"

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "

"I was having a great stay UNTIL the morning. The cleaning staff was going in and out of the rooms, allowing the doors to slam loudly behind her. I came out of my room to ask her to please keep the door slamming down and I was struck firstly by the fact that she didn't even realise what I was talking about. She wasn't even aware that she was slamming/allowing the door to slam behind her. She was however very kind about it and apologised, but went straight back to doing it. If she hasn't just gone back to doing it, I wouldn't be writing this review. "

"Location was great; everything else was NOT. They are like the cheapest of the cheap airlines that nickel and dime you for everything: $80 for a few hours of early checkin, $25 for holding your bag, no fresh towels or linens for a 5 night stay, no garbage removal, no coffee, no nothing!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was good sized and despite hearing the underground noises, we had great nights sleep!"
