The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return."

"部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)"

"客室は余裕ある広さで、フローリングで清潔感もあり、施設も更新されていて快適でした。冷蔵庫あり。コンセントがいっぱいあったのもよかった。どこに出るにも便利なPiccadilly線・ラッセルスクエア駅からすぐで、高級スーパーのウェイトローズ、24時間営業の小型スーパー・テスコ、カフェのプレタ・マンジェなど近くにあり、便利。洗濯のメニューで1枚いくらではなく「4kg」という選択肢があって助かりました。スタッフも親切で、初日、11時すぎくらいに着いたのですがチェックインさせてもらえて、感謝です。よい滞在でした。"
