"The staff, especially Lordy, was very polite and helpful. The pool was beautifully situated by the pools with a view of the sunrise. The sunset was at the front of the hotel, but we were lucky to have a lovely cloud formation in the back of the hotel (see picture… praying for World Peace 🙏🙏🙏). The hotel is remote so we took taxi to restaurants and other places. Sometimes, Lordy drove us 💜. The room was spacey but needs some cleaning (dust on ceiling, fan, and furniture). "The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room.
