"The stand out was the service. Friendly staff and excellent service. Room service was speedy and if you had breakfast included there was no extra charge. We had an issue with our TV and someone was there within 2 mins. The amenities in the bathroom smelt gorgeous. Loved the variety in the mini bar. Good size mugs for a cuppa. Only down side was the water pressure in the shower."

"Great stay with our children. Carpet was dirty and could definitely use maintenance. It was noticeable as we have a crawling baby. Otherwise super cute place to stay."

"I stayed in the 1x single bed room - this was beyond tiny- luggage could barely fit- the bathroom had a smell and the water pressure was terrible. It was also noisy I could hear my neighbors coming and going. If the room was cheaper this place would have been great, but for what I paid, I expected more. Not even a shower cap or bathroom essentials provided. Staff was good. 3pm check in was annoying and cleaners didn’t clean my room as they were ‘too busy’."

"This was an amazing find! Not only was this apartment very comfortable and roomy, but location was excellent. The owners were 5 star. We landed and got in early from a red eye flight and they were able to accommodate us for an early check in. We had some trouble with the hot water at one point due to some tinkering that a previous guest had done. I messaged the owner and they responded and came to to fix the issue very quickly.
