"A bit overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed in the same area. "

"Aussergewöhnlich aufmerksames Personal, perfektes Ambiente. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Minamo."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a while. Fantastic all around."

"Service is exllence"

"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."

"Beautiful property, great location"

"Wonderful. Charming hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Little bite far from the train station but well worth it."

"The hotel is an easy walk, with luggage, from the train station. It is also an easy walk to the main attractions. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I would stay there again."

"This is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained property. We had an absolutely wonderful view and the location couldn't be better. They also have a great restaurant. The staff were some of the kindest, professional, and helpful we have experienced in a long time. This includes the restaurant staff as well."

"Clean, neat, nice and helpfully staff, good location in old town. Good view from.your window room (fountain and murals). "

"Our stay at Chateau Gütsch was awesome and filled with unique experiences, especially thanks to its rich history. However, housekeeping needs improvement; our amenities weren’t topped up, and we even had to buy our own toilet paper from a nearby market. It is a memorable place to stay, but the service needs to be sharper."

"I have stayed here a few times. Always a high standard"

"Pegawai hotel nya sangat ramah dan helpful"
