"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. "Check in was a bit antiquated. Paper and pen in the 21st century. Also 2 reception desks but with unequal queues. Bend linen a bit starchy, and of course they all use that industrial cleaner from sketchleys which smells terrible The towels smelt terrible as well It really should be that the linen and towels are cleaned with a domestic soap powder like aerial or bold, or with a conditioner like comfort so that customers get the wow factor of the room smelling like home rather than a hospital."

No walk in showers which make it difficult for people not able to use bath. "The counter, breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant. What I did not like and should have made a fuss about was the evening meal. The fries were over cooked and hard. The onion rings had been cremated, dark brown and burnt. I left half the meal as it was disgusting. I thought then and hoped the morning breakfast wasn’t going to be the same. Luckily it was excellent, must have a different chef for evening and breakfast meals."

"We had a lovely time, just a few things that slightly dampened the experience. Need black out blinds in the family room as the light was streaming through until late and with the heat as well the children couldn't get to sleep until it went dark. The gastro pub food l would give a miss in future, very bland, dry and of poor quality but high prices. We would 100% come back though."

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
