"The room was clean and the staff were very nice. Having a little grab and go shop at the bottom was very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was like a pressure washer but other than that it was a pleasant stay"

"The hotel location overall was not good. the hotel is not well maintained and appears rundown. The room itself was ok but very cramped. The shower had very poor water pressure and had difficulty with hot water. We were not given lines for the sofa bed. The room would get hot in the middle of the night no matter what temperature we would put on our thermostat"

They went completely out of their way to provide helpful information about San Francisco, sharing the best local spots, navigation tips, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I feel like a hotel is only as good as the people who work in it, as they are the ones who make the atmosphere. It is rare to find a team with this level of attention and care for their customers. The rooms were kept perfectly clean, and the little details made a huge difference. I would highly recommend booking a stay here."

"Staff was great and very helpful, parking the car to go check in was a pain, stressful and not a lot of room and line was going out to the street. Hotel was nice inside, didn’t realize there was no microwave in the room which was a bummer and we had to call to figure out if there were blackout curtains because we couldn’t see them or the chain to draw them"
