"The front desk staff is exceptional!"

"Where to start with this place!? The location is OK but it’s gotta be the worst hotel in the Surprise, Sun City Youngtown area. I hardly got sleep due to the fact that the cleaning staff & friends hangout there by the front office till almost 10 at night, smoking weed & drinking. If it wasn’t them it was the cartel I gave it an overall two stars, only due to the fact that there was a room with bed to sleep in and the office staff was friendly."
