"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. "The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. "We have been to Tokyo, shinjuku specifically many times and this hotel has been the best one yet. This is a boutique hotel, with spacious rooms for tokyo standards. You dont even have to bring any toiletries as they provide everything…and more…down to the mouthwash! The lobby is very cute and quaint, and everything in there…you can take. They have a coffee machine, that makes espresso….soda machine….hard liquors, red and white wine, light snacks!! We will definitely be chosing this hotel moving...
