"I have an Apple iphone 17 and hotel didn’t provide the conversion socket in the room. When I asked the front desk, they only had a few and were all loan out to guests. Finally, the front desk staff was very helpful who lent me her own but had to use at the reception area. My recommendation is hotel shall prepare sufficient sockets for international travellers or remind guests from overseas to bring their own."

"The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable but there was a loud party and celebration going on late into the night The carpet was super dirty with numerous stains all over. The bathroom had a leak and the carpet around the bathroom was soaking wet. I messaged the host about the issue upon checking in and they responded acknowledging the issue - but the plumber never came to fix the issue."

"It has been awhile since I have stayed at an Accor hotel. I did not understand that there is an Ibis and an Ibis budget, I thought they were one in the same. I won't make that mistake again. No air conditioning in a heat wave, but a small inadequate desk fan. One type soap to cover hair, face and hands. "The place was generally kept clean. The check in process was a little challenging since there was only one staff to handle a flood of people. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were adequate for its purpose. The in-house restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was adequate for any traveller. "When we arrived there was no towels , we tried to call twice but no answer , I asked a member of staff who was picking there feet at the door and sent through to the kitchen whilst they just continued rabbiting on the phone.
