"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - it was clean, spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking one of many pools. The property is huge (recommend a buggy if you have small children) which meant you never felt crowded, had the choice of lots of different restaurants, bars and pools. The property is beautifully kept"

"On arrival was able to check in even though early, room was upgraded to a garden view which was appreciated. The rooms are clean and well maintained, mostly quiet although someone was thumping around above us, but it wasn't annoying enough to complain. Breakfast was as expected, pleasant with an outdoor eating area, sparkling wine and usual offerings, and it was never overly busy, and they replaced items if you asked, breakfast is also on until 11am which is great. Dìd not use pool but...

"The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!"

"The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink. Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…) The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed. The room is very spacious and fully kitted and very clean. The beds are comfortable...

"Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Broken AC, cold pools, weird sewer smell. Not sure how this is considered a 4 star. With some time and effort spent into upgrading , could be lovely! Food is also really bad :( Won’t be back to stay here!"

"The hotel was beautiful, contemporary in style with a fabulous rooftop infinity pool with fabulous views. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a decent size, with nice vanity area and full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities and comfortable bed/pillows. Super continental breakfast. I was a solo traveler but felt very relaxed and safe staying at the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, especially the reception team."

"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. Selena and the other host at the breakfast buffet were so kind and greeted us each day with a big smile and genuine hospitality we’ll never forget. She hosts in 2 of the restaurants and beyond the food being outstanding, we looked forward to...

"The apartment we stayed in was very clean but did not look at all like the photos. It was very dated and not at all what we expected for the price. The property was right at the entrance of the resort next to the security office!"
