"WE had a broken pipe in our bathroom. We notified the staff immediately. I fell asleep fully clothed waiting for the egineer who never arrived. WE had a hot showe running from 7pm to 10am. It took 3 phone calls for them to get all the water off the windows and the windowsills. The room was a humid, swaet box for the first 2 days of our visit."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I prepaid for a Lake View room with two Queen beds, but the experience at check-in was deceptive and unprofessional. Upon arrival, the front desk agent disappeared for 10 minutes to whisper with a colleague. He then claimed our room was ready, but we found ourselves in a room with much smaller beds. It felt like a deliberate attempt to see if we’d just "accept" a lower-tier room. When I returned to the desk, I was told no Lake View Queens were...

"This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay."
