"The hotel's facilities are good overall and appear to be very well maintained. The common areas and amenities are in good condition, making for a generally comfortable stay. My experience with the staff, however, was only average. At first, they seem friendly and welcoming, which creates a positive first impression. Unfortunately, that attitude changes when issues or complaints arise. Instead of approaching concerns with empathy and a willingness to help, the staff tend to become confrontational, defensive, and even hostile. Rather than working toward a solution, they often adopt a challenging attitude toward the guest, which significantly affects the overall experience. While the physical condition of the hotel is satisfactory, the way customer concerns are handled leaves considerable room for improvement."

"I like the great attention and customer services provided by the staff. The facility is awesome! What the did not like was the redundancy and the long time it took to get check in. Also, the salesmen were extremely aggressive trying to sell you the hotel membership. They were so aggressive that on day one and just coming thru the door they approached soliciting. They also called our room number and knocked on the door trying sell stuff that we did not requested. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and the staff is extraordinary and very helpful and very friendly. I’ll most definitely consider Dream Onyx’s for our next vacation"
