"El hotel es sumamente grande por lo que para trasladarse a cualquier restaurante, el lobby o la playa hay que caminar mucho o esperar uno de los pocos transportes que tiene el hotel.
El personal es increíblemente grosero y malencarado con absolutamente todos los huéspedes, nadie responde tus preguntas, solo hacen caras y gestos, y cuando llegan a contestar pareciera que te estan regañando.

"I had a pleasant experience at Zel Punta Cana ! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I would say cleanliness could have been better in our room. The staff was more than happy to clean when requested. The overall cleanliness of the property was amazing ! Thank you especially to Raphy who assisted with making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The bartenders were very kind. Please make sure you go to the Beachfront, Emmanuel took care of us well!"
