Room was clean, food was just okay. However, the staff is not that approachable.

Handlery Union Square Hotel
Ac didn't work in our room and when we showered we realized the shampoo & conditioner were completely empty and had to call the front desk to refill them. Also didn't read that you have to pay for the valet parking which was almost half of what the room cost.
