"Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional. The rooms speaker and tablet would not fully connect at times. Tried...
