"Beautiful property. Loved the two bedroom panoramic view suite with three bathrooms and it was the most comfortable suite we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooftop pool was so beautiful. The meal prices are comparable to USA prices or even more, but we had the all inclusive package which was totally worth it."

"Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky...

"This place is gorgeous. We hung out at the pool and watched the lizards and birds. Its set in the jungle so the animals are everywhere and it’s so peaceful. The staff were so professional and polite. The food and drinks were 5*. There is a lot of construction happening so if that’s something that will bother you, plan accordingly. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the extra tipping. I thought it was all included in the all inclusive package but they are asking for more tips. It’s worth it...

"The front desk reception was incredibly rude ! In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!” I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!! Fridge was not working —- was promised a beutiful view —- room had no balcony and overlooked dirt and overgrown weeds . About...
