"Live mice in upstairs bedroom and in kitchen cabinet. Soiled blankets and sofa. Dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrible as did the entire first floor. Did not feel comfortable using anything in kitchen due to mouse droppings and other sanitary issues. The first night we saw a mouse upstairs and contacted the host, the response was “is it still there?” No empathy, no apologies. It was a poor night of sleep for the entire family as we worried. "This area was very comfortable. The location was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was nice and the pickle ball courts were an awesome addition to entertainment while still very relaxing. We had everything we needed in the house when we arrived. The house is very spacious but yet kept all of us close together. We will definitely be visiting again for future trips."
