"Great cabin. There was soap, body wash, papertowels, and plenty of towels. The cabin was clean. The only challenge was the road to get to the cabin. Had 4 wheel drive so no problems but wasn't aware of that challenge until the email before checking in. The initial door code did not work but called the number as advised and the rep was able to rectify the issue right away. The dock was nice. Had a couple chairs to sit in. "Live mice in upstairs bedroom and in kitchen cabinet. Soiled blankets and sofa. Dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrible as did the entire first floor. Did not feel comfortable using anything in kitchen due to mouse droppings and other sanitary issues. The first night we saw a mouse upstairs and contacted the host, the response was “is it still there?” No empathy, no apologies. It was a poor night of sleep for the entire family as we worried.
