"Nice hotel and staff"

"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"Convenient location without being in the heart of Ginza which at times can feel very crowded. Rooms are decent with a good sized bath, we love the fact that they provide a selection of skincare products at night - very thoughtful & hassle-free for travelers who pack light. There's also a coffee shop and a 7-11 downstiars, plus ramen/tsukemen place within minutes of walking. It's definitely one that I'd be happy to recommend & return to!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
