"We stayed for three nights in September 18-21st. The falls views were wonderful! It was the reason we chose this hotel along with the breakfast and onsite parking. We signed up for the breakfast each morning. There was a large selection of choices in the buffet along with cereals, pastries and fruit. The omelet station was great! The cook made our delicious and generously sized omelets in front of us. Our waitress on the weekend named Michelle was very welcoming, and efficient. We had our personal coffee pot right away. We took coffee to go as every table was given paper cups to take. What a nice touch. The parking was convenient although expensive but so is everything in this area. The location near the end of road was nice. We could walk to the falls, Table Rock and the cruise boat docks. It's a bit long but we enjoyed this. The hotel offers their own tours of the falls etc. with a pick-up at the hotel and the WeeGo buses stop here too. The room was fine with two queen beds, a couch, a chair and round table to use by the window overlooking the falls. There was a bench, counter, TV, small frig, closet wirh some hangars, safe, and hair dryer. However, some stains were on the rug. They also didn't have the coffee packets in the room so we had to ask for it the next morning. The people out front and at the desk were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the bar or pool during our stay. Overall, we liked staying here.It was expensive but a nice place to stay for a few days."

"The only negative was that the heat wasn’t available (the system was still locked on air conditioning) However there was a small heater provided in the room and they left us an extra blanket. We really appreciated the friendly staff, real mugs and glasses and daily servicing of the room. Would stay again!"

"The room i was in was located next to a mechanical room because there was something that kept going off once an hour. And the ac unit seemed a little older and was kinda loud. Outside of that, the beds were nice and comfortable. Great location,, not far from niagara and nice view. But you will need a car as there is nothing in walking distance as far as shops and restaurants."

"The inn was clean. The desk was friendly and helpful. The room needs a second and more secure lock. We blocked the door with a chair to secure it. There's no closet in the room. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room."
