"Everything, personal was great, dealers were awesome and helpful and the hotel sits in a perfect location!"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Didnt use the pool nor the recreation areas, wish they didnt have to charge the resort fee. Qish they just charged it pay per use."

"We love the flamingo habitat fill with joy fishes. and the pelican ponds with turtles . Prime locations. , window could be cleaner since our view was so beautiful with the cesar palace and Bellagio fountain right in front of our room, it was a little blurry to to the window was dirty. Should have more lounge chairs at the pool."

"The view from the north tower is atrocious. You can barely see the river from the corner of the room out the window. The restaurants that are advertised to be open are closed when they see fit not by the hours that are posted the newly renovations that they advertise our false, the building is as old as it was when it was built. Stay there at your own risk."
