"Terrible experience! Our room had no elevator access and it was a maze with no signage to help finding it. No fridge, no phone in the room. We were told our luggage would be brought to our room, were told the luggage had been brought, and it wasn’t there, so we had to go chasing after it. Steps up with no ramp at the entrance. AVOID!!!!"

"Overall, the stay was okay. The location was great, but the room was unbelievably hot overnight. The fan provided was broken and wouldn’t run properly, and although we left the windows open, they had been closed when we returned, making it impossible to cool the room. We ended up having to wet towels just to keep cool and had a pretty sleepless night.
We also had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in, which felt unnecessarily rigid."

Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles. "The location was the best! The air conditioning was great, even though it isn’t listed. The room was super tiny and the bed was very firm. But pillows were fluffy, we slept great due to no noise at all and no sunlight to wake us.
It was hard to get around with our two big suitcases because there was nowhere to put them but other than that I would definitely stay there again because the location can’t be beat! And besides being tiny, it was still a nice room."
