"It was my first time at Live Aqua and I must say it was amazing. It definitely is a place for relaxation and very therapeutic. Love how the staff is. They are attentive and kind. The pools are great and there are 5 of them. The restaurants are all top and quality wise as well. The property is beautiful and well kept. The entertainment at night is lively. There are many wonderful things to say about this property and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!"

"Para el precio que se paga, esperaba una experiencia y un servicio mucho mejor. El hotel es muy bonito, colorido y tiene excelentes áreas para tomar fotos, especialmente para los niños, pero siento que la relación entre precio y experiencia no es la mejor. Algunos empleados deberían ser más amables y atentos con los huéspedes. Además, muchas de las experiencias que uno pensaría que están incluidas tienen costo adicional, como el desayuno con personajes y hacer el slime personalizado. También me decepcionó que no tuvieran pastel de SpongeBob disponible, el buffet tampoco era muy variado , largos tiempos para pastas, o algo a la parilla. Los personajes aparecen por períodos bastante cortos, aproximadamente 20 minutos, por lo que la interacción con ellos es limitada. El resort es enorme y se camina muchísimo. Hay pocos trenes/trolleys para transportarse por la propiedad, lo que puede ser incómodo, especialmente cuando viajas con niños pequeños. Durante nuestra estadía también encontramos algunos restaurantes cerrados. En general, disfruté lo colorido del lugar y las oportunidades para tomar fotos, pero por el precio que pagamos esperaba mucho más en cuanto a servicio, actividades incluidas y atención al huésped. No considero que la experiencia recibida esté al nivel del costo."

"Everything was perfect actually, just the menu, my wife and i would love authentic Dominican food i’d be great if you can possibly add that to the indigo cafe. Besides that whats not to love? Peace and serenity. Right next to the beach .. we’ll be back for sure. Amaya was our fav resturant to eat from! Ps. your wonderful and well mannered staff made us feel welcomed and right at home juan-carlo our baggage handler down to Luis who took us to our rooms and our concierge Elhamzer and Wandy who went above and beyond by loaning me a phone changer, keep up the great work."
