"If you're looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in a luxurious setting with amazing views of the beach, this is it. If you're looking for a party resort, this is not it, it's very tranquil. Loved everything from the staff, service, cleanliness, food, decor, it was all amazing. Only thing I would add is even through it's listed as a family resort, it really is not, it is an adult-geared resort. I saw maybe 5 kids in total for the 7 days I was there. There are no kid/family activities on the resort (other than going to the beach). I think the resort should be adult-only. I will definitely visit the resort again. "

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from Imani’s beautiful welcoming smile at check in to Ketler at the bar and Trudyann beachside service and Adeem at Seaside restaurant with great recommendations and Carol at Blue Mountain dinner…everyone was so gracious Peter and Ashun gave a beautiful tour of the property. Everyone told me “Welcome home” and indeed it felt like home. Thank you!"

"This property is maintained immaculately. The staff are pleasant, professional, and go above and beyond to help you celebrate whatever special day you are having. I was amazed at the anniversary surprise that I received. This is my second time in the last two years of staying at this very same hotel and I will definitely be back a third time. The staff are so welcoming, the food is delicious and the property is well maintained. Kudos to you all for doing such an excellent job!"

"I liked that it was a clean and beautiful place it had some actives the food was good and the service was good in overall we loved except the beach had a lot of seaweed and they didn’t have a lot of options for people who can’t swim like we could only use life jacket for certain activities."

"My husband and I had a fabulous 6 days at Zilara! The staff was amazing, friendly and very good at making you feel pampered. My only complaint is minimal, would have been nice to know ahead of time that local vendors do come on the property to sell local island souvenirs, we wouldn’t have paid for a taxi into town. "
