"Good breakfast"

"This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are amazing. The breakfast is great with so many options. We booked two rooms and utilized the Parkade, the breakfast, the pool, laundry and the in room amenities such as the dishwasher and fridge. It was perfect for families. The rooms were so spacious. We could easily park our stroller in the room without feeling like it took up all the extra space. The breakfast always had a huge mix of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, a protein, waffles, bagels and breads...

"The property is clean. The rooms are spacious. The staff is all very kind and helpful. The pool is not heated so it was very cold. The hotel is next to a highway so there is a lot of noise from the cars at night. If you are a light sleeper this place isnt for you."

"This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The rooftop patio was great with amazing views of the city. The attached restaurant was amazing as well. We will definitely be coming back ."

"We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay."

"Great hotel and suites large suite room with all the amenities, comfortable beds, concierge staff very helpful and pleasant all spoke English. Maid service was great clean towels when needed. If I return to Montreal will stay at Square Phillipe again. Very close to train station old Montreal and St Catherine's St."
