"We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay."

"This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are amazing. The breakfast is great with so many options. We booked two rooms and utilized the Parkade, the breakfast, the pool, laundry and the in room amenities such as the dishwasher and fridge. It was perfect for families. The rooms were so spacious. We could easily park our stroller in the room without feeling like it took up all the extra space. The breakfast always had a huge mix of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, a protein, waffles, bagels and breads...

"The pop vendor was not working. no big deal. I forgot my wedding band in the bathroom and have a hard time getting housekeeping on the phone. the front desk did not help me to resolve my issue. I am still trying to get them on the phone."

"The worst customer service i have ever encountered in my life. The room is much smaller than advertised. The bathroom toilet disgusting. When confronted he literally said if u don't like it you can leave. And proceeded to ask to leave. What an absolute filthy service. If I can report him to a bureau I will. Do not go there. Do not waste your money as they are bunch of liars."

"Pool is small and old. Definitely not cleaned as often as it should be. My shower floor was disgusting and I had to keep flip flops on while showering. The breakfast buffet is only continental with hard boiled eggs, som fruit options,yogurt, and bread products and oatmeal."

"I booked for two people and when I arrived at midnight, the front office told me that they only have one capsule for one person and if I want extra room I have to pay extra 90$. They also said that they will reimburse me for the night I didn't stay in and for the mistake but then they refused the reimbursement through expedia. Scammers"
