"The check in and communication were smooth. The property does have a staircase and a bit harder to get luggage up and down but otherwise the room was ok. The bed can be better but was ok for the duration of the stay. Very convenient location to both conbini which was like next door and large Life Supermarket nearby! Laundry is available on the property but you have use dryer that’s available in the shower !"

"優點：床算乾淨但偏軟，餐桌美麗椅子好坐，空間寬敞
缺點：房間在四樓沒電梯旅程最後一天入住會很辛苦，淋浴間地板看起來像發霉，天花板有個詭異的天窗，況且只有一盞很暗的燈照明，廁所洗手台有髒污像沒清理，外面洗手檯櫃子 上方很厚的灰塵，最扯是吹風機，出來的風是溫的，吹30分鐘不會乾，且沒有任何標示感覺像玩具，房間地板一堆延長線，房間有股霉味，小朋友過敏一進房間狂打噴嚏….整體來說像是臨時借助在別人房子裡，是我出國旅遊住宿體驗最差的一次

"鍵が解錠しづらかったです。LINEにてサポートいただきました。
お部屋は床に埃がたまっており、掃除機を掃除してから清掃しないといけませんでした。
床モップはシートが設置されていないため、旅先で買ったものを使って拭き掃除をしました。

"着いた早々、エアコンから、ホコリが飛び散っていたので、フィルター外したらホコリでフィルターの役目をしてなかった。直ぐに掃除をして綺麗にした。洗濯機にはシーツとタオルが突っ込まれていて、気持ち悪いからタオル類は買って使った。写真と全然違うのでガックリした。"
