"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. "The hotel is conveniently located. Very walkable area. Close to the metro. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. I didn't order drinks or food, but I see why guests would want to hang out there on the rooftop. I think the hotel should offer water downstairs at the reservation area. It's an inconvenience to have to go to the rooftop to get water. Also the hotel should offer a few more toiletries, such as lotion.
