"The room is terribly small and apparently it’s the largest one they have. There is no trash can, no fridge, no closet, no room to even walk. I have stayed in about 30 different nyc hotels and this by far the worst particularly in view of the price. If it was a third of what I paid I might understand. Location is good but I would pick another hotel nearby. "

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable maybe the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. There’s no actual lounge to relax in other then the Reading Room bar that closes early and there is a rooftop spot but when it’s cold and windy there isn’t any heat source up there. It was ok for the weeend but we won’t be staying there again."
