"Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a decent selection. The views can’t be beat! The hotel also sits on top of a small mall, so there are lots of food options, including gourmet grocery, right below.
The rooms are a tad dated however, particularly the bathrooms. The location is either a selling point or a negative, depending on what you’re looking for. It’s directly above the busiest station in the city, and Shibuya Crossing is right outside. For me that was fun once, and then it became a chore to navigate the crowds. If you’re the kind of person to book a hotel in Time Square, you’ll love this place. Otherwise, look for something more on the periphery of the neighborhood."
"The room was perfect in terms of location and length of stay. We were out running around all day and needed clean beds and showers at a reasonable rate."
"Beautiful place which is very close to everything but still feels secluded. Comfortable little cube. I did feel very self conscious of getting up in the night because i was afraid that opening the curtain door was very loud for my neighbors. Everyone was very kind and peaceful though."
"Just terrific in every way. Staff was great, room was all we needed. Great shower with lots of pressure and we loved being beside the park. Get the breakfast! Very glad we picked this place. Will definitely stay here again."
