"8泊9日しましたが、毎日性能の良い洗濯乾燥機を使いました。近くに中型のLIFEスーパーがあり、中型冷蔵庫をフル活用しました。ベッドルームは、ベッドの場所とテーブルの場所が分かれていてとても広く機能的に仕えました。ハンガーも数個用意され、食器類も必要なものがそろっていました。天満橋駅からゆっくり歩いて10分で便利。調度品が結構良いもので備えられていました。スタッフも明るく、問題があっても気持ちよく対応してくださいました。荷物も預かってくれました。次の大阪での長期滞在の際にも、是非利用させてほしいと思いました。頑張って働いてくださっているスタッフの皆さん、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"This is a great place to stay. Well located, close to transport (subway entrance right next door - as well as a bakery - yes). Good staff, great breakfast options, clean and really, nothing bad to say about it at all. Recommend."

"Overall this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan! The room is clean and staff was amazing - always cheerful and greet you at the lobby. Awesome having a laundry machine on a few different floors and the indoor onsen was perfect after a long day of walking. The bathroom is quite small but I would say it is quite common in Japan "

"Great location next to the river and nearby train stations. All of the employees I spoke to knew basic English or just enough to be help answer my questions. Receptionists/breakfast staff were always polite and welcoming. The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. If you're looking for a hotel with incredible views of the river and a great nearby bike path this is a great option."

"Excellent stay, there are many dining options in the area as this hotel is off the beaten path. You are only a 10 min train ride to all the action with the metro right next door. We took uber to and from the train station for about 2200¥ each way which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was wonderful but I love a good Japanese breakfast. We stayed in a premium room with lounge access and enjoyed the early evening rest before dinner. I would definitely stay here again or try their Tokyo...

"Stayed for four nights at Zentis. About a 10min walk from Osaka station. Very clean and well present rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and accessible. Would stay here again. "
