"The property was good, but finding it was painful, definitely need better directions took me a few hours of driving around and asking security guards in the area questions how to get there. No response from the owner until after we checked in."

"It was hard to get a hold of the host. I had to contact them about the stove in the unit as it wasn’t working. You also can’t use the microwave. But other than that, it was okay. The unit was clean. When I needed to extend my stay, I had to talk to the people in the reception because I couldn’t get a hold of the host. The person from the reception was able to reach the host, and I was able to extend my stay without a problem."

"The room was nice and comfortable. It's just hard to find place to eat other than Seven Eleven convenient store. I also spoke to the receptionist Gordon Lin before the stay and he was very nice and accommodating. He was helpful and he responded quickly to my questions."
