"It was comfortable and welcoming. The evening activity was karaoke and had a really welcoming and encouraging vibe. I enjoyed talking with the other guests from around the world. This hostel was mellow and I got a great night sleep. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach! One downside is that you can’t park overnight in the Belmont lot across the street. I didn’t notice the signs and paid a hefty towing fee. My own fault. "

"With its already high 9.4 rating, I was expecting this place to be nice—but I was actually even more pleasantly surprised. The facilities are very well maintained and spotlessly clean, especially the bathrooms, which were darn near pristine. Big Ups to the staff! They must be working really hard and take pride in their job. The woman who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.
