Staff was very accommodating of my early check in needs, very friendly, and attentive whenever needed! Valet was ready, friendly, helpful and prompt during pick up and check-in. "I came to this hotel to enjoy the rooftop restaurant and tried on 2 different days and both times were early evening and advertised as being open but closed!! So disappointed! When I told the front desk the lady stated that the bar was responsible for keeping the restaurant open. Also, I had cancelled parking and was charged for 2 nights and never received a receipt when I checked out as I was told it would be sent to my personal email."

"Nice clean hotel, easy checkin, comfy bed, shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure though, TV is quirky and won’t cast /mirror to all streaming apps so limited to what u can watch, and a constant squealing/high pitched noise ran all nite in my room. Went to ask front desk and they said they’ve had others complain too but offered no solutions. Was helpful to have a grocery store right across the street though."

"We stayed at a corner king suit. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. However, the hotel is more like an apartment hotel which is outdated, old and dark. Also, compared with numerous hotels we have stayed at, majority of the staff were unhelpful. We asked for extra blanket and they couldn’t provide it to us as there was no room service at night! We had breakfast included in our room. The first day we missed breakfast as we got there at 10:30 am. So we sat there and asked for cappuccino...

"LOVED our stay and we were so happy with everything. the staff, the warm atmosphere, the drinks, vibes! all goodie. it was really cool that every room had a record player (i’m literally gonna purchase one, because of the hotel). super cozy and comfortable."
