"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. "An excellent “bang for your buck” in Tokyo. Surprisingly spacious (for Tokyo). Centrally located in quaint part of Shinjuku. Easy access to the metro. Across the street from a Family Mart, a Lawsons around the corner, & dozens of quality, unique restaurants. Friendly staff. Easy, stress free checkin. Small balcony (was able to watch the Kage-matsuri Festival in May; pics attached). Hot shower. Comfy double bed. Highly recommend this little gem."
