"The room was very spacious very clean and very cozy. The bathroom was huge with a very deep and long Jacuzzi tub refrigerator, wet bar, huge king bed with the couch that pulls out. I would definitely stay here again next time in town. The staff was very helpful and courteous."

"The room was gross. The toilet looked like it was destroyed and readded badly. The tank had a plastic tray instead of a top. The chair at the table was broken. We luckily only needed it for a few hours rest before an early morning flight. Anything longer and I would’ve absolutely complained.
The lobby seems to be maintained, but the rooms look like trash."

"Staff are super helpful, let me check in super early and let me keep my luggage there after checkout. The highlight of the place is definitely the wrap around balcony and the pool. "This was mine and my husband's first time in New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. The staff, the service and the room were exceptional. I honestly have to say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here if you haven't already. We will definitely be back and this will be the only hotel we will stay at. Five stars all around!"
