"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea"

"There was no shower curtain. Water keeps going all over the bathroom and they are aware of this. The shower keeps dripping. The beds are old and creaky and pillows are extremely poor. I would not go back to this hotel again."

"Liked the fact owner gave us a reduced price. Super quiet. Room was strangest layout ever. Opened door to see small single bed dead ahead and then in another totally different room to the left, a huge queen bad. Four people in room, we were given tow bath towels. Asked for more, got hand towels. Breakfast was to be included, not available. No parking lot, had to park on street."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"A big shout out to all the staff working at the front desk. They could not have been more professional. I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you. But not here. The person at the desk not only took time to read my list but gave very thoughtful responses, including the assurance that he would personally make sure the management saw it.
