"This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!"

"Location.. excellent city centre. Great views from our room on floor 6.
Facilities.. kitchen is well supplied, although the saucepan in our apartment was very old and stained. No washing powder provided for washing machine, but tablets available for the dishwasher.
Cleanliness..ok but could have been better. Fridge needed a good antibac wipe and table was dirty with previous drink stain. Knives needed a very good clean. Shower was very clean however.
Heating..we never managed to work out how...

"We were at the back of the hotel, the noise from the aircon was ridiculously loud therefore sleep was minimal. Breakfast was carnage with people queuing down the corridor to wait for a table. Causing elderly people to request chairs to sit on. They had ran out of juice and no selections for tea."

Breakfast could have been better , maybe we hit it after a busy time but very little available had to ask for bowls , juice and bread - not a great selection of fruit only apples or bananas, waffle machine had no pre made mix !!!
But overall our stay was fine for what we needed"

"The bed and room were comfortable. It's a shame we had to ask for extra pillows. No hairdryer. The breakfast was in the basement and it's was a basic continental meal. The orange juice was squash and not good or refreshing. One of our keys didn't work. The parking was tight. The house was lovely. The bar didn't feel particularly sociable but it was fine."
