"We had an amazing stay with Hanoi indochine Premium rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, and the breakfast was a nice finishing touch with a view into the neighbourhood. Although the hotel is right in the old town, there was no noise inside the rooms. Hopefully we can come back soon! "

The rooftop pool/soaking tub and views are prime. And make a stop at the bar on your way up. The Peridot has everything you need for a perfect stay. "

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "

The bed is not comfortable, the hotel could improve it by changing it to a newer comfortable one. The area is noisy, but acccesible to everything within a walking distance.
