"The cleaning staff are very disrespectful with quietness and i had to walk down 26 floors just to check out and i still made it down faster than the people who were waiting in front of me. That is unacceptable considering having to pay almost 300 for a night. Not only that but ypu cant check in till 4pm amd have to be out by 11am, so you get the room for 19 hours for 275$ and wamt an additional 50$ if you want a late check out by 2 hours. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!"

"When you book through Hotels.Com they give you the worst room they have, mine was under the elevator engine so when someone use the elevator you hear the motor. The breakfast was ok but not many choices, the Hot tub was not so clean, not powerful and it was really busy the day I was there."
