"A beautiful and new hotel, the staff are super great. The amenities are pretty good and included bike parking. For a luxury hotel, the restaurant could be better and the pool had a lot of rules (e.g. you must wear a swim cap). Overall it felt a bit uptight and hard to fully relax, but that also could be a reflection of the clientele."

"Very pleasant hotel in a nice area of Tokyo. Quiet and clean. Closely connected to metro stations. Close convenience stores for those late night snack runs. The lounge was very nice to have and I used the fitness centre which was very clean. Room was spacious with a nice view. Would stay here again."

"The "Executive Zen " section of the hotel is easily the best deal in Tokyo because the hotel as a whole has a great variety of facilities while the Exec Zen rooms offer deep luxury not fashionable bits and pieces"

"Restaurant and bar closed one night on my second day for private party, leaving no food or drinks for hotel customers! Two more nights of my stay restaurant portion closed again for private parties. Concierge service was useless. When I ate in bar section, service very slow. The rooftop they hype has never been open in my one week stay!"

"This was a lovely hotel to return to after the hectic pace of Tokyo - calm, cool and with very nice rooms. We booked a club room and we particularly liked this club lounge - spacious, great views and very good evening snack and drink options. We checked in at the club lounge on arrival and found the receptionists there to be so helpful and accommodating so we had a very good first impression of the hotel. A great stay - we would return."

"This is an excellent hotel well positioned in walking distance to the Tokyo Tower and the Roppongi Subway. The only small drawback was that the rooftop pool was not available until summer (June 21st). However, the rooftop area was open for guests to sit and the pool was completely full. During our late May stay the temps hit 30C so a pool dip would have been nice."
