Hotel dekat Pelabuhan Feri Nongsa Pura

"Very good, all staff, place, and their service excelent. Will come back for sure"

"I am from Bali and was not expecting Batam have beautiful ocean until I come to this property. My room was facing the ocean. It was emerald blue water and can be seen clearly. I wish i stayed for longer as this has been a long trip before i went back from Batam."

"The team on the beach for the water sports was very kind and helpful."

"Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family."

"Nice place but Why so many mosquitoes! Hope did not get dengue! "

"Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay."

"Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good"

"price is reasonable . location is OK food for breakfast must be improved , "

"Saya di kamar 319, kesan pertama saya masuk kedalam kamar adalah kamar bau, tidak segar. Tivi terlalu kecil, ruangan agak old fashion, telpon tidak berfungsi."

"Location good. Breakfast is good Room is clean"

"Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help"

"Hotel ini tenang tidak berisik serta baik untuk keluarga atau bisnis. Ada pantry untuk memanawkan makanan kalaudibutuhkan. saran -kalau bisa warna interior diganti dgn yg lebih segar."

"Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet."

"Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation."

"수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 3-4년도 더 된듯 낡았어요. 그리고 호텔 조식은 너무 맛이 없었고, 서버는 차와 커피를 구분하지 못해서 고객에게 냄새로 확인하라고 합니다."

"Clean"

"Kamar Nyaman dan Luas, Sarapan cukup enak, Swimming Pool, dan Playgroud untuk anak-anak sepertinya sangat cocok jika bawa keluarga"
