"Great hotel for a busy area. Beach area was nice even though it was really busy. Towels, chairs, umbrellas and cabanas available. No charge for towels and chairs. Didn’t try the food, but bar drinks were good. Clean everywhere. Room was spacious and had everything you’d expect for a hotel. We traveled with our kids and friends and didn’t have any issues."

"The location of this building is right on the Collins Avenue, which is a very busy street. Comparable to a NYC busy street. They gave us a lower floor room and we can hear the noise from the street 24 hours per day.
We asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and we got it on day 3. We were in a suite, which has a kitchen and washer dryer in the room. Very convenient. The room was clean, but since it’s a lower level, the drain smelled like sewer during certain times of the day.
