"Some staff were very kind and helpful, room kept losing light we had to call several times for help , there was random water coming into our room I ended up cleaning it with our towels and the towels were supposed to be replaced and they never came back . Bartenders and waiters were what made the experience really nice. You can't do much more with VIP but the private beach spot and one hangout spot so I wouldn't even suggest getting it.
