"The hotel was located perfectly us, the room was clean if a tad dated, especially the bathroom for the price. However beware of the bar!!! We were charged for drinks we had not had and the same to a couple the next night!!!"

"Phenomenal location the area had everything you need..hotel itself was nice and comfortable.. didn’t like that communication to front desk is through WhatsApp also they don’t supply you with washcloths, or even have a small complimentary toiletry pack not shower caps or anything.. for the price I think that it should come with that at least but all an all it was nice .. oh and NO VALET HATED THAT.."

"The club lounge was a free for all. Understaffed and no one to meet at the door. The service seem better in the main dining hall. Base of the glass shower door was dirt and I noted the wiring for the heated towel rail was too close to the tub. Water could easily splash on the exposed wires. Is this wiring to code? Room 1218."

"Great location right by Marble Arch and Hyde Park. The hop-on hop-off bus stop roght across the street. Really nice shampoo and conditioner in the room i recommend the Spanish reataurant!"

"Student accomodation but clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast - you could eat for the day! Good vibe to the place in general. One problem; no charging point for phone in room - in student accom? Asked at reception who suggested furniture had been moved so try looking behind bed/desk - no luck. Didn't spoil stay near Sadlers Wells and pleasant part of London."
